We are the only Upstate New York elevator consulting firm specializing in Qualified Elevator Inspection (QEI) services to State, Federal, and local Municipal enforcement agencies. Our inspectors are QEI certified to perform Initial and Periodic inspections throughout the United States.
We also provide a unique password accessible web-based reporting service. Using our own "Conveyance Inspection" software virtually eliminates expensive and time-consuming municipal reporting and record keeping requirements, perfect for both large and small municipalities.
CNYEI also provides maintenance audits and QEI inspection services to individual property owners, lessees, and insurance companies. By protecting the property owner’s investment in equipment, and thereby minimizing their potential liability, CNYEI affords an independent certification of conveyance safety, which should always be considered as part of an overall risk management strategy.
